Low Heart Rate In Fetus 34 Week

The green side of the city

Last Saturday we made a cultural tour group, as the others who have posted here .
The idea was to see the green face of the city by a short circuit but concatenating the highest number of parks, fountains and wooded ridge in the Condesa and Roma neighborhoods.

For this we gather at the corner of Amsterdam and Sonora, one block from Insurgentes (important detail: Saturdays from 11 to 4 you can hop on the bike to the Metro bus, that I discovered that day.) For starters we

Amsterdam street on the left coming from Insurgentes on Sonora. Amsterdam is a tree lined street with a median that follows the shape of the old race track that existed and so there is a street elliptical. Just three blocks ahead are the first point: Iztacihuatl Square, which was recently fixed and is tiny but very nice. We move on and find another source at a roundabout, this is the place Citlaltepetl second goal of our journey. From there take the street toward the park Citlaltepetl with Mexico, then come to this park, formerly called San Martín Park. There, in the first section we saw a clock surrounded by water jets and later along the Avenida Mexico come to the Fountain of women of pitchers, a source Art Deco style Lindbergh framed by the forum in the same style.

To follow in the search for fountains and parks, take Av Sonora Mexico and cross the street until reaching the square Popocatepetl. There is also a source Art Deco style very interesting. Surrounding the plaza

continue down the street and we return to Amsterdam Cacahuamilpa the left and continue until you find the street of Michoacan, where we turned right. Continuing along this street, cross Nuevo Leon and continued until we found the diagonal street Vicente Suarez on the right, which allowed us to go out Av Mazatlan, which is the first to encounter large and wooded ridge. Follow that road to the right until it bends and changes its name to Durango (also median). Later, the avenue ends in Madrid plaza where the famous Cibeles fountain, bronze excellent reproduction of the source of the same name that exists in Madrid.

After crossing the square in the middle (the privilege of riding a bike) and continue along Durango Street to find Morelia you take a left (NOTE: take this street to the contrary, if decide to do the same, beware.) Following this street ends at the Plaza Morelia. Morelia Square is almost circular (like a drop) surround so after we returned to Morelia (now it in the correct direction) and just half a block down on left Romita take the alley to find the famous piazza and church of the Romita, a church very, very old (XVI century) that retains a small town. Morelia back to the street and continue until you find a park or garden called Alexander Pushkin and later, Alvaro Obregon Avenue, we take the right.

Álvaro Obregón avenue is a wide ridge that has trees, fountains and sculptures from the early twentieth century. Upon reaching the corner of Orizaba (hint: where is Casa Lamm) we turned to hand Orizaba left and continue on to Plaza Luis Cabrera. We surrounded the square and return to the same street to Av Alvaro Obregon Orizaba, to continue in the same direction we were before.
At the intersection of Alvaro Obregon and Avenida Insurgentes, there is a small triangular park named Juan Rulfo. Insurgentes Crossing to see the park against Spain, but to get there, continue down the street two blocks Valladolid and then we left on Avenida Oaxaca park which leads directly to Spain with many trees and some cypresses (Mexican tree who come to live for thousands of years) where our tour officially ended.

In short, the day we visited and met 12 parks or plazas and 4 wide wooded ridges that can be considered as linear parks and countless other sources.

If at the end of this trip do not think you've seen enough trees, you can take the Avenida Veracruz, which is one of the streets surrounding the Park Spain and continue until you reach Chapultepec six blocks away. We ended our tour with an ice cream at Roxy.

Tips for cycling to work ...

According to origin-destination survey about 60% of trips are for work and for people living in the Federal District distances are from 8 to 10km, well riding in 30 min. the same time the health department recommended for daily exercise, then why do not you bike to work?

Here I list some recommendations for animes you save time, money and only spend that fat is more:

- Plan your trip. is important that traces a route to go from home to work and back, avoid high traffic streets and side streets choose to make your trip more enjoyable, remember that the bike can cruise in parks, bridges and pedestrian streets. Go your route on a Sunday you will I estimate time it takes to not get caught in the rush.

- Load things. If you need to carry things like books, equipment for your job, etc., There are several options for you: you can equip your bike with a rack (rear rack) or a basket in front for the rack you could use bags that are hung on the grid allows you to store more things and some of these bags can disassemble them and use them as your bag, you can also opt for a backpack or purse cross, which you should consider for this is the volume and weight of your load.

- formal wear for the office. get used should be gradual, the first days You can choose to wear comfortable clothing and have your change in the office or download it to the basket or bag you use, if you're worried about is the sweat and get messy for the helmet you can load a brush and some baby wipes to freshen up on arrival at your office. Do not be discouraged at first cut down on sweating more, but as time goes on your body will get used to decrease the effort and sweating, remember to load a lotion to prevent odors.

- Park your bike. best thing is to ask at your place of work to get the bike and leave it some space out of the way, remember to use a thick chain that is not easy to cut, the subject seeks to tie box and front wheel, the length of the string to do this is at least 1.50mts to load it can become entangled in the seat tube or box, just try not to hurt the cables and brake changes. If you could not get her and have to leave it in the street, looking to make friends with a newspaper vendor or owner of a small store so they throw him a "darling" to your bike.

- For your protection. Wearing a helmet, lights, lenses, reflective clothing, gloves, etc., Are to improve your safety when traveling by bike, but more important is that you stay attentive to what happens around you, you respect the rules of transit, this is to avoid opposite directions and pass the high without first make sure it's safe to cross, like when you're a pedestrian or car driver is to prevent what others can do and anticipate your movements, it is to have good communication with other actors the track. If all the accessories you think you can look unattractive that they are personalizing, lenses to match your clothes, a helmet that matches your bike, this is as funny as you want.
